The Way to Inner Peace is a new, transformational spiritual course, which has its roots in ancient Eastern philosophy. This course is an 8 week course, with 16 course hours. Each class is 2 hours and runs on a Wednesday evening, on a weekly basis.
The aim of the course is to help you step up and/or deepen your spiritual practices, to help you progress along the spiritual path, so as to free yourself from suffering. This course is for people who have previously done an 8 week mindfulness meditation course, which is a prerequisite for participating in this course.
You will gain new, deep spiritual knowledge and learn to implement many new practices, in order to purify your mind and heart, from negative tendencies and habits. You will be encouraged to release unhelpful and limiting habits and learn how to cement new habits. This course contains information and practices, to continue your journey to gaining true mastery of mind, so as to release your personal suffering and gain inner peace.
You will also learn to cultivate greater virtues such as love, compassion, good-will, selflessness, determination, self-control, patience, peace, generosity, purity and honesty and much more.
This course is based on Katarina Tilley’s own path, her own learning and experience of how to free yourself from suffering and how to lead a conscious, happy and spiritual daily life, as prescribed by ancient scriptures.
You will receive home assignments each week, to carry out between each class.
N.B As this course is currently at the stage of development, more information will follow later, when a manual has been produced, with the final material and an evaluation of real class delivery time, has been assessed. I will post the weekly topics and practices on the Spiritual Growth page. Please be aware that there may be some further changes to the current information and dates, as the preparation of the course advances (if it is deemed necessary).
